I am pleased to advise that we are re-opening our physiotherapy clinics in Pudsey and Arnold on Monday 15th June. This decision is one that we have considered and planned very carefully and is based on government guidance and regulatory advice for healthcare providers, including guidance from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. We have conducted a thorough programme of risk assessments and worked closely with our clinical team to ensure that we are opening in the right way and at the right time
The new safety measures we have put in place are
Staggered appointment times to ensure only 1 patient is allowed in the building at a time
2-metre social distancing policies in place throughout the building
One-way patient movement through the building with a separate exit door for after your consultation
Pre-attendance screening to ensure a face-to-face appointment is safe and appropriate
Digital temperature checks of all patients immediately upon attending the clinic
Additional hand sanitising facilities for patients throughout the clinic
Your physiotherapist and front of house staff will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during your visit
In the same way we are stringently checking all patients that enter the building, we are also carrying out similar checks on our physiotherapists to ensure they are fit and safe to be treating you in clinic. Our physiotherapists have also completed additional Covid-19 safety training to ensure that safety standards in our clinics are maintained and will be wearing PPE throughout your consultation.Should you require a face-to-face assessment or treatment at the current time, call:
