We assess employees in their normal work environment and set up so we can analyse the true situation. These assessments are individual for each employee and the checks include working heights, equipment, body position and alignment.
Our practice is based on the information by the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE) and follows guidelines set out by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE).
Employees usually get tips and advice on the day for things they can implement immediately e.g. Chair set up & screen height. A more detailed report will then be written and sent to the business with advice and action points if needed.

Our physio, who visits our site one day a week feels like part of the team and the service has been greatly accepted by the site with sessions regularly filling. He is adaptable and works with the management team to enable us to deal with employees experiencing muscular or skeletal issues whether they are at work or enabling us to assist in their rehabilitation back into work. The service is a selling point for our current workforce and for people who wish to join us in the future too.
