We provide specialist ‘hands on’ treatments for all muscular and skeletal conditions, including neck pain, back pain, cervicogenic headaches and whiplash associated disorders.
We have specialists throughout our team who can treat knee and shoulder pain, sports related and running injuries and repetitive strain disorders along with post-operative rehabilitation following all kinds of orthopaedic surgery. We also offer professional sports massage and acupuncture treatments at all our clinics.
We understand that if you’ve not been to physiotherapy before, the prospect can seem a little daunting. This video outlines your very first appointment so you’re not left wondering what’s going on.
When you walk through the door at any one of our clinics, you will be warmly greeted and asked to take a seat in our waiting room. Every single on one of our clinics is equipped with comfortable seating and accessible toilets.
Unlike a lot of other clinics, we provide a 60-minute assessment wherever possible. Initially, our physiotherapists like to have a comprehensive conversation with you about what has brought you to us.
See for yourself what to expect when attending your initial assessment appointment.
From receiving your booking confirmation to finding us, discussing your symptoms and history with the therapist, being physically assessed and then booking your next session.
(Please note, this was filmed in 2022 when staff were required to wear masks, this is no longer the case)
After the physio has learned a bit more about you, they will perform a physical assessment.
Our physiotherapist will ask you to complete a set of movements. This is where our physiotherapist will test your strength and range of movement, as well as balance and basic coordination. A key aim for your physio is to get to the root cause of your pain, so they can begin the recovery process as soon as possible.
These movements are not designed to hurt and your physio will not push you to do something that is uncomfortable.
"I have had 4 sessions with Elliot with excellent results. Elliot was compassionate, engaging and made me feel at ease immediately as I initially hobbled in. I had confidence in what I was being told regarding my initial analysis, and I’m so relieved not to be in such terrible pain anymore. Thank you! "

“Our mission is to continually enhance the quality of physiotherapy services in the UK by being people and data focused and empowering individuals in order to improve outcomes for our Clients, Customers and Colleagues.”
I have always had a great experience here, from the moment Linda welcomes you to the extensive work done with back and neck problems by Ollie and more recently Sarah. Everyone has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I recommend them all highly and the prices are very reasonable too.
