I graduated from University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Torun, Poland with a BSc Physiotherapy in 2014 and I went on to study an MSC Physiotherapy, graduating in 2016. I have been working in the private physiotherapy sector since 2015 and have extensive experience working in private clinics. I am a qualified basic Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) method therapist. Outside of work, I train MMA and was formerly part of a rowing team that competed at country level!

After completing my bachelor’s in physiotherapy in Turkey, I came to the UK for my master’s. I completed a MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Nottingham in 2021. During my master’s, I also completed the FA Level 4 Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in Football course and have been working in the Sports Development Centre at Loughborough University since August 2021.
I enjoy taking part in big events such as marathons and international tournaments. I love to deal with individuals with musculoskeletal injuries and always give everything to helping my patients become pain-free.
I have personally had a fantastic experience with Aleyna. Within just 6 weeks through a combination of exercises and massage, she has got my back feeling better than it has in years. I obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India, where I developed a strong foundation. Driven by a desire to enhance my knowledge and skills, I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy for Advanced Practice, specializing in the neuromuscular pathway at University of Nottingham. Before you start treatment with us, it is important you book in for an initial assessment so we can assess your needs, and discuss a treatment plan.
For all new patients registered with Sano Physiotherapy, our team conduct an initial assessment, where they will screen your condition or injury, to gain an understanding of the lack of movement or pain in the problem area. By understanding the reason behind the pain or problem you’re having, they will be able to discuss with you the treatment techniques to be completed. In most cases, your treatment will begin throughout your first session with us. If you would like to find out more, we have gone into further detail about what will happen in your first physiotherapy session with Sano Physiotherapy. We assist a wide range of patients including self-referring patients, and med-legal clients.
