Testimonial

'Tony is pleasant polite and very helpful. He worked with my self on sessions to get back to the level of fitness required, I'm not quite there yet, but with the guidance I've been given it wont be too long. Huge thanks to Tony for the treatment!'

'After visiting a few different physiotherapists I eventually found Tony at Sano and he’s been fantastic. Explains everything really well and with his help my lower back has improved massively. Really appreciated and highly recommended. Thanks.'

'I would absolutely recommend Sano Physiotherapy in Pudsey. I went in a few months ago, after suffering a lot of discomfort with a painful shoulder, that was affecting my work and sleep. I felt a huge improvement in my mobility even after the first session. James was amazing. He asked lots of questions, listened to me and explained brilliantly what was going on with my shoulder. The hands on therapy made such a difference and after a number of sessions, I am almost 100% recovered. James also gave me helpful exercises I can do at home to continue to strengthen my shoulder. Best physio experience I've ever had!'

'I cannot recommend this practice highly enough, from making the appointment with Linda, all the way through the staff were efficient and helpful. The physiotherapist was thorough very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you James for the exercise programme and your expertise. I would definitely use them again.'

'I had treatment for my knee by Charlie. He was very thorough but always made sure I understood, and was comfortable with each step. I noticed a dramatic improvement with my issue under his guidance and gained the confidence to return to work with full duties again. Would happily recommend him to any of my family and friends.'
