I had physio here following an issue with my back and hip. Sidra was amazing! She was very professional but also made me feel very comfortable. She always managed to cheer me up and lighten my spirits when I was in pain. She performed acupuncture on me and thanks to her I can actually walk again...

I had several sessions at Hinckley with Sidrah after having a referral from work for a bad back. The level of service has been wonderful and what was a long term injury now seems like something I can overcome.

Great service from triage to final session. All treatment was appropriate for the injury that I had, becoming more intense as my recovery progressed. I went from having regular back pain and being unable to work to being fully fit and much happier, over a six week period.

Sidrah Kamal

Role: Physiotherapist

Qualification: BSc Physiotherapy and MSc Advanced Physiotherapy Practice

I’m a hardworking physiotherapist who is ready to learn and adapt to new things. I have worked in different departments of a multi speciality hospital back in India during my internship. Also, I have completed a workshop for manual therapy and I like to work hands on for the betterment of my patients. After my graduation I started working with Sano physiotherapy and the experience has been amazing so far. There are different cases everyday and it’s amusing to handle different sorts of people and helping them get back to their normal life. I ensure the patients are in safe hands. Along with physical therapy I try to counsel my patients, try to motivate them for their rehabilitation. As it’s my duty to improve endurance and strength of a patient I also try to work on their confidence.

Role: Physiotherapist

Qualification: BSc Physiotherapy and MSc Sports and Exercise Medicine

“I’m an HCPC Registered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine. I bring a unique blend of experience in MSK as well as professional sports rehabilitation settings, making me well adapting to everyday patients and athletes alike. My treatment approach revolves around finding the root cause of the pain and treating it rather than just treating the symptoms. This way, every patient benefits from a well thought and structured rehabilitation plan tailored to their goals and lifestyle. I make sure my patients get a thorough, reassuring and a collaborative experience; feel heard, supported and involved in every step of the way to recovery. With a calm, compassionate and detail oriented approach, I aim to make everyone’s journey personalised, empowering and help them return to the activities and lifestyle that matter most.”

I was very happy with my experience at Sano physiotherapy following a car accident causing me whiplash. The staff were very friendly and have worked wonders on my back and helped me to a full recovery, I can’t thank them enough.

For all new patients registered with Sano Physiotherapy, our team conduct an initial assessment, where they will screen your condition or injury, to gain an understanding of the lack of movement or pain in the problem area. In most cases, your treatment will begin throughout your first session with us.
