Sano and HCML have a long-standing relationship, working together for over 8 years and accepting over 2830 referrals since 2016. During this time Sano Physiotherapy and HCML have worked closely to improve outcomes for referring parties and clients.
Sano & HCML have worked closely to improve outcomes for referring parties and clients through digital enhancements. In 2023 HCML moved over to online reporting, a great digital development within HCML that speeds up communication between therapists and customers. Sano and HCML liaised regularly during this transition to ensure a smooth roll out. Sano’s efficient and established back-office team managed the change over and supported clinicians to minimise disruption. As with any system change there were bound to be bumps along the way, however the forward planning and great working relationship between the Client Care Manager and Supplier Manager meant that these bumps were quickly smoothed out. Sano Physiotherapy now work on HCML’s bespoke portal daily, accepting and processing referrals, working with individual case managers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Regular and proactive monitoring of key performance indicators ensure that Sano are fulfilling our contractual obligations. HCML work with a variety of customers, it is important that Sano understands the needs of individual contracts and can flex to meet specific requirements. Sano’s centralised Client Care team have the experience and processes in place to manage these variations for each customer.
Sano have the capacity to contact clients within 6 hours of referral and the availability to see clients within 2 days of referral at our 39 clinics across the UK at times that work for clients, this great network coverage allows access to exceptional care in a matter of days.
