Rashi was so lovely, friendly and welcoming. From the first session when I was really nervous we started laughing and talking as she worked, I’ll miss seeing her! It was altogether a safe and calming experience, everything I needed.

Had problems with my legs and back. Priya questioned where the pain was and when it occurred, and then took me through some exercises to alleviate it and then sent me the exercises by email so that I could practise them at home. On my second visit she asked how I got on and gave me some added...

Aleyna Senol

Role: Senior Physiotherapist

Qualification: BSc Physiotherapy and Msc Sports and Exercise Medicine

After completing my bachelor’s in physiotherapy in Turkey, I came to the UK for my master’s. I completed a MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Nottingham in 2021. During my master’s, I also completed the FA Level 4 Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in Football course and have been working in the Sports Development Centre at Loughborough University since August 2021.

I enjoy taking part in big events such as marathons and international tournaments. I love to deal with individuals with musculoskeletal injuries and always give everything to helping my patients become pain-free.

I have personally had a fantastic experience with Aleyna. Within just 6 weeks through a combination of exercises and massage, she has got my back feeling better than it has in years. Aleyna was patient and through with me throughout, she listened to my concerns and treated me accordingly. I can not recommend her services enough.

Priya Masuria

Role: Physiotherapist

Qualification: BA Physiotherapy and MA Physiotherapy for Advanced Practice

I am a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for providing comprehensive care and improving patients’ lives. I obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India, where I developed a strong foundation. Driven by a desire to enhance my knowledge and skills, I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy for Advanced Practice, specializing in the neuromuscular pathway at University of Nottingham. My patient base encompasses individuals covered by insurance, those recovering from workplace injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, as well as private patients seeking personalized care.

By addressing the holistic aspects of pain, I aim to provide comprehensive care that goes beyond just treating the symptoms. When I’m not working, I finds solace in activities such as yoga, participating in half marathons for charity, volunteering for causes close to my heart, expressing my creativity through painting, and exploring different parts of the world through travel. I firmly believe in empowering my patients to regain their optimal health and well-being.

Priya Masuria is absolutely fantastic, she’s extremely knowledgeable in her field, and I highly recommend her. Priya explains everything she’s doing in detail and makes you feel extremely comfortable.

Rashi Menon

Role: Physiotherapist

Qualification: MSc Physiotherapy

I have completed my Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Nottingham in 2022. Been a Qualified Physiotherapist of two years in the UK, committed to improving physical and mental wellbeing through expert treatment programmes. I focus on utilising professional knowledge to accurately and efficiently assess, diagnose and deliver results through compassionate, ongoing care.

I have been working with Sano Physiotherapy since 2022. Personally, I love being outdoors with nature as much as I love being indoors with a good book.

Rashi has been the Physio during my contact with Sano Physiotherapy and I must say, she did her ultimate best to deliver exceedingly quality hands on massages and the knowledge translated during this period was superb.

Physiotherapy Treatment

See one of our expert Chartered Physiotherapists for clinical treatment. Please do not book a treatment session unless you have attended an assessment.

What to expect.

The treatment you will receive from the physiotherapists in our Beeston Physiotherapy Clinic will be ‘hands on’ and involve several sessions.

For all new patients registered with Sano Physiotherapy, our team conduct an initial assessment, where they will screen your condition or injury, to gain an understanding of the lack of movement or pain in the problem area. By understanding the reason behind the pain or problem you’re having, they will be able to discuss with you the treatment techniques to be completed. In most cases, your treatment will begin throughout your first session with us. If you would like to find out more, we have gone into further detail about what will happen in your first physiotherapy session with Sano Physiotherapy. We assist a wide range of patients including self-referring patients, and med-legal clients.
