Role: Physiotherapist

Qualification: BSc Physiotherapy and MSc Sports and Exercise Medicine

“I’m an HCPC Registered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine. I bring a unique blend of experience in MSK as well as professional sports rehabilitation settings, making me well adapting to everyday patients and athletes alike. My treatment approach revolves around finding the root cause of the pain and treating it rather than just treating the symptoms. This way, every patient benefits from a well thought and structured rehabilitation plan tailored to their goals and lifestyle. I make sure my patients get a thorough, reassuring and a collaborative experience; feel heard, supported and involved in every step of the way to recovery. With a calm, compassionate and detail oriented approach, I aim to make everyone’s journey personalised, empowering and help them return to the activities and lifestyle that matter most.”

I was very happy with my experience at Sano physiotherapy following a car accident causing me whiplash. The staff were very friendly and have worked wonders on my back and helped me to a full recovery, I can’t thank them enough.

Qualification: BSc Physiotherapy

I am a HCPC registered physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. I specialise in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with evidence-based practice, including the use of exercise therapy, manual techniques, therapeutic modalities and others. I am committed and passionate in delivering personalised care to support recovery, function, wellbeing and help individuals achieve their goals.

I had been struggling with a hip injury for a number of months but I’m happy to say that after a few sessions and a variety of different treatments to injury seems to have gone away and I have a plan of action to prevent the injury from reoccurring.

What to expect.

The treatment you will receive from the physiotherapists in our Stafford Physiotherapy Clinic will be ‘hands on’ and involve several sessions.

For all new patients registered with Sano Physiotherapy, our team conduct an initial assessment, where they will screen your condition or injury, to gain an understanding of the lack of movement or pain in the problem area. By understanding the reason behind the pain or problem you’re having, they will be able to discuss with you the treatment techniques to be completed. In most cases, your treatment will begin throughout your first session with us. If you would like to find out more, we have gone into further detail about what will happen in your first physiotherapy session with Sano Physiotherapy. We assist a wide range of patients including self-referring patients, and med-legal clients.
