I trained at Plymouth University and have since built a broad clinical foundation across the NHS and wider UK, developing strong skills in orthopaedics, trauma, neurological rehabilitation and complex medical presentations. My passion has always been MSK — helping patients understand their pain, move with confidence, and return to the activities they love. I use a blend of hands-on therapy, tailored exercise, and evidence-based techniques such as shockwave, ultrasound and acupuncture to optimise recovery. I’m dedicated to delivering patient-centred, high-quality care, and creating a relaxed, supportive environment where patients feel heard and motivated.
I was very happy with my experience at Sano physiotherapy following a car accident causing me whiplash. The staff were very friendly and have worked wonders on my back and helped me to a full recovery, I can’t thank them enough.

The clinic is located on Priory road, on the corner of Priory Park. Once in the building, there is a large waiting area, where you Physiotherapist will collect you.

There is free, on-site Parking is located at the back of the building, which can be accessed via Northgate.
Before you start treatment with us, it is important you book in for an initial assessment so we can assess your needs, and discuss a treatment plan.
For all new patients registered with Sano Physiotherapy, our team conduct an initial assessment, where they will screen your condition or injury, to gain an understanding of the lack of movement or pain in the problem area. By understanding the reason behind the pain or problem you’re having, they will be able to discuss with you the treatment techniques to be completed. In most cases, your treatment will begin throughout your first session with us. If you would like to find out more, we have gone into further detail about what will happen in your first physiotherapy session with Sano Physiotherapy. We assist a wide range of patients including self-referring patients, and med-legal clients.
