Junior Physiotherapist (Private Practice)

Salary: Up to £29,515 per Annum

Description:

As a Junior you will work alongside a highly experienced and established team that will help to give guidance and ensure you’re meeting your career developing goals – We’re committed to the professional development of all our clinical colleagues.   

Our aim is to provide best-in-class Physiotherapy services to our customers and the only way this will be achieved is by building a dedicated, conscientious, and enthusiastic team of physiotherapists aligned to our vision and values.

We work with a range of customers from Blue Light services and the NHS to Private Health insurers and Corporate Clients which produces a varied case load and lots of opportunities for clinical progression.

Responsibility for own case load and for a defined area of the service or a particular patient type, working without direct supervision and within clearly defined operational policies and procedures.

Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner, working within the ethical framework provided by the CSP/HCPC rules of professional conduct. Perform physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations, to provide a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme.

First Contact Practitioner

Salary: Up to £42,438 per Annum

Are you an experienced MSK physiotherapist looking for an engaging primary care role with autonomy, a diverse caseload and the opportunity to learn and implement advanced practitioner skills?

Sano Physiotherapy Ltd has an exciting opportunity for experienced MSK physiotherapists to join our national team of First Contact Practitioners and deliver First Contact Practitioner (FCP) services in various locations.

Successful candidates will receive full clinical supervision and support aligned to HEE’s ‘A Roadmap to Practice’. Successful candidates will have a degree and will be HCPC registered with a minimum of 3 years’ post-registration physiotherapy experience and will be able to demonstrate appropriate Knowledge, Skills and Attributes (KSA’s) as outlined in Stage 1 of the HEE ‘A Roadmap to Practice’. You must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, autonomous within your role and an excellent communicator at all levels.
