I was sent to Sano physiotherapy in Chapel Allerton Leeds after being in a car accident and injuring my back. The treatment I received helped me enormously I would recommend anybody that needs physio to use this company. I am especially grateful to Charlotte who was my physio.

Charlotte was excellent! The right amount of concern and care, but she also made sure my daughter stuck to the task and put the effort in on her exercises. My daughter felt at ease and I wouldn't hesitate to use Charlotte again.

Charlie Masubay

Role: Senior Physiotherapist

Qualification: BSc Physiotherapy

As a Physiotherapist I have particular interest and enjoy treating patients with shoulder and foot issues. Incorporating patient specific rehabilitation programme with hands on treatment such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM), Joint mobilization or manipulation and other treatments. I enjoy playing sports, currently I am a part of a volleyball club as a volunteer coach and player on my spare time. I am also a keen foodie trying and cooking new dishes at any given chance.

“Charlie my physio was absolutely AMAZING, he explained so much to me about the nerves in the back, how things contact. The treatment was out of this world, I could actually lift my left leg up without being in pain, which I’ve not been able to do in a while.”

I am also qualified to do acupuncture and dry needling. I am an empathic therapist who listens intently and enjoy helping patients with their limitations and pain.

Fantastic improvement to whiplash injury following treatment by Sara F – home exercises/stretches and hands on treatment have really improved had a positive result. Knowledgeable and adjust treatment plan as my issues improve.

I qualified in 2003 as a Chartered Physiotherapist at the University of Liverpool. I have 15 years experience working in the NHS and 6 years in Private Practice. I am also the 1st Team Physiotherapist at Frickley Athletic semi-professional football club.

Outside of work I have 3 young boys and in my spare time I play in a local pool and dominoes games league and enjoy the gym, yoga, Pilates and heading out into the countryside!

Went due to a bad shoulder and neck. Years of pain due to wear and tear as I work in health care. My physio Sarah was amazing and she managed to get out all of the painful knots. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
