I’m so glad to have had nav as my physio after a pretty nasty road traffic accident. He has been amazing in helping my recovery and I really couldn’t have asked for a better physio! I would recommend him to anyone in need!

Joe Clarke

Role: Physiotherapist

Qualification: BSc Physiotherapy

I`m a fully qualified and HCPC-registered physiotherapist. Having both private and NHS experience has given me broad clinical experience and the skills to accurately assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. I take a holistic, individualised approach to physiotherapy, focusing on treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms. I am passionate about helping patients understand their condition, rebuild confidence in their movement, and achieve long-term, sustainable results.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my wife, training in the gym, and watching football

After seeing several different physios which were not much help to me, I found Joe Clarke at Sano Physiotherapy. He really is great physio and I can highly recommend him. I felt listened to and Joe gave me a range of exercises over the weeks, carefully considered to my case. I have finally turned a corner with a chronic musculoskeletal problem I have been suffering with for a couple of years thanks to Joe’s guidance. I hope I am on the road now to a full recovery. Thank you Joe!

For all new patients registered with Sano Physiotherapy, our team conduct an initial assessment, where they will screen your condition or injury, to gain an understanding of the lack of movement or pain in the problem area. By understanding the reason behind the pain or problem you’re having, they will be able to discuss with you the treatment techniques to be completed. In most cases, your treatment will begin throughout your first session with us. If you would like to find out more, we have gone into further detail about what will happen in your first physiotherapy session with Sano Physiotherapy. We assist a wide range of patients including self-referring patients, and med-legal clients.
